How to make small lips looking fuller.
In first Step: Make the outline of lips above the natural line of your lips by using “Pale pink” NYX lip liner.
In Second Step: Draw a line in the middle of your bottom lip and in the middle of top lip. Use “prune” lip liner by NYX.
In the Last Step: Apply a nude lip-gloss or lipstick as shown in step 3 in picture. I’m using LA girl glazed lip-gloss in “whisper” for it.
And You are Done.!!
