According to Islamic science, Food's importance is from earlier and diseases were cured from food earlier. Good healthy food can save us from many diseases. According to our beloved Prophet Hazrat Mohammad (S.A.W):"Man has never filled any large pot except her belly". Food should be eaten enough, so your waist remain straight. If we divide our intestine into three parts then one part of it should reserve for food and second is for water and third for air.

Stomach is like a pool in human body from where, the vessels go to whole body.  If stomach is in order then these vessels will bring healthy ingredients to body. If stomach is ill then vessels will convey illness to body.

May be this is the reason that today's food expert have great importance, because they cure even big diseases with food, and are successful in it. Green vegetables are no doubt a alimentary treasure.
